Hello, you can use your Operating System's accessibility features to correct this.

Hi, now that extensions including No Small Text have been de-activated or have lost their functionality with Firefox Quantum, is there any way to increase the size and darkness of the Firefox interface font? (Not the size of fonts on webpages, I know how to zoom.) The default Firefox interface is way to small for my old eyes to comfortably read. Thanks!

Goto about:preferences, under the General Tab there is an option for Font size, you can change it there.

Doesn't change the interface font, only the font on the webpages. Thanks anyway.

I added the extension but unfortunately it doesn't work. It says "Because of the new extension system on Firefox, most of the functionality of the Theme Font & Size Changer is not available any more." And then directs me to take a survey, which I will do. Thanks for your assistance!

Maybe give it another chance, as it has just updated to be compatible with Firefox 57 .....
