I am not receiving my xtra emails on any of my computers even the provider says my email account is still current
I have an xtra email account with Spark.co.nz. Last Saturday 25.11.2017 I stopped receiving emails from this account. Not sure why because after contacting spark they said my account is still active and they them selves could see my emails being received from their computer system. I have fire fox and it maybe issue with fire fox why I can not receive my emails.

Have you tried another browser to see if have issues or non ?
