When creating a new mail and typing the mail addresses then a wheel appears (with rainbow colours) and everything slows down. The functionality is still there, just much slower than in the past. Here is what I already tried: I deactivated Add-ons, but no change. I compressed all folders but no change. In other words: When I want to send a mail to e.g. John.Doe@example.com then I start typing in "Joh".... and wait for Thunderbird to complete the address, but this takes many many seconds. So it seems to be related to a slow access to the database. How can one improve this? Thanks
