Master Password+ extension alternatives for Firefox Quantum

I am not able to use password based Profile Protection on Firefox Quantum, earlier we used to have Master Password+ extension which is not compatible with this version of Firefox i.e. Firefox Quantum and hence cannot protect a Firefox Profile with the password.

Please help if anyone has any solution about this.
