If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Tried all this before contacting support. Tried again did not help.
Are you using any password add-ons or programs?
NO. I have also contacted Fidelity and they cannot find anything wrong on their end. As I have stated their is no problem in Chrome, Explorer of Edge. I am granted immediate entrance with same user ID and password. I even got a new password from Fidelity -- it worked once but when I tried again I was not allowed to enter Fidelity website.
I am NOT having trouble loading the Fidelity website. I am having trouble with either my user name or password being accepted. When I try to sign in on Chrome, Explorer or Edge there is no problem and I am using the exact same user name and password. I have tried everything to get this to work on Firefox which is why I am asking your for help. I can always use another browser for Fidelity but would rather use Firefox for everything. Fidelity is the only website that I cannot enter with my user name and password and I have many other websites that use passwords with no problem. I have looked into all Firefox troubleshooting and nothing works. I have been working on computer for 30 years and am not a beginner. If you cannot help me thank you any way I will just have to work around the problem. I thought perhaps other people were having the same trouble and a solution might help them too. Which is the reason for my contact with your support.
I called for more help. You did try Safe mode, yes? Did you check out the links I posted?
I have tried safe mode and have tried all the links you have sent and also tried search suggestions by other people on the internet. I have tried disabling just ad blocker and ghostery which have given trouble in the past. Nothing has helped. The only help I found was when I was able to use my three other browsers with no problem. This leads me to believe that there is either a problem on Fidelity's end with Firefox or else there is some setting in Firefox that I am unable to find to help. I do not want to try to refresh Firefox which might work because I might lose a lot of stuff in settings. I already lost some stuff when trying different fixes.
