https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-whether-firefox-automatically-fills-forms (does not work) This method does not work:

Deleting individual form entries
If you want to remove one of your previous form entries from Firefox's history:
Click on the form field and press the ↓ key to display all the saved entries. You may type the first few
letters of the entry to limit the number of entries displayed.
Use the ↓ key or the mouse pointer to highlight the entry you wish to delete.
Press Delete. The entry will be removed.
Repeat the process for each entry that you'd like to delete.

Thus, Firefox with your next update please add the ability to clear Autofill with website forms.

You can use "Clear Recent History" (Ctrl+Shift+Delete) to clear "Form & Search History".

You can use these steps to remove saved items from an autocomplete drop-down list.

  1. click the (empty) input field on the webpage to open the drop-down list
  2. highlight an entry in the drop-down list with cursor Down key
do not click the mouse or press the Enter key
  3. press "Delete" or "Shift+Delete" to delete the highlighted entry

Note that hovering with the mouse doesn't work.

Note that this is only about normal saved form data and not about address and credit card auto-fill.

You can rename/remove formhistory.sqlite in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed to clear all saved form data.

You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
