do i need to turn off primary password to be able to import paswords from FF to other browsers?
i noticed importing passwords from FF to chrome or other browsers wont work unless i turn the primary password off!
is that true? or there is a better way to do it?
if i need to temporarily turn primary password off isn't that a risky thing to do?!

You can export the logins in Firefox in the Lockwise Password Manager to a CSV file and import this file in others browser if they support importing CSV.
You normally have to close a browser to import its passwords to another browser. I suggest you do that.

chrome asks to close FF , Edge doesnt. but anyways, passwords wont sync unless i turn off the primary password. (even if FF is closed)
Did you try to use a CSV file to transfer the passwords as that would be the normal way ?
You can delete the CSV file once you are done transferring the logins if you do not want to keep it in a safe place as a backup.
