Found solution for changing default fonts doesn't seem to change anything / need help
I found this thread. I set font.name.sans-serif.x-western and added to the start of font.name-list.sans-serif.x-western, but I don't think something has changed. It's Fennec F-Droid and the font ABeeZee. So does anyone has some advice? Thank you very much

About:config is available in the Beta and Nightly versions of Firefox for Android available from the Google Play store. Please note that about:config may not work as expected as many of the preferences are baked into the GeckoView engine when the app is complied.

We support the official version of Firefox for Android here available from the Google Play store.
But the Playstore version doesn't have about:config enabled, does it?

So, seems like it's impossible to change default fonts on Fenix
