Firefox what is the reason for not allowing users to customize the Net Tab page
Hi, I would like to ask Firefox what is the reason for not allowing users to customize the Net Tab page, like setting up a custom URL page like homepage. In the Net Tabs settings there are only two options Firefox Home and Blank Page, but no Custom Pages.

There used to be pref available in the past to set the new tab page, but support was reports because this pref was abused and you could end up with a spam new tab page.
You can look at this extension to set the new tab page to an internet based page.
