This question was previously posted: "How to DISABLE the back and forward arrows that now come up on the left and right sides of the Firefox panel." There was only one answer but it didn't address the actual issue. It's too easy to inadvertently go back a page or two which usually screws up something I'm working on. Someone added these annoying arrows, there must be a way to remove or at least disable them. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I don't think it's possible to get a screen shot of this issue. The arrows are only exposed for a moment, from the left side of browser window or the right side. A 2 finger scroll to the left on the touch pad causes the arrow to pop out from the left side of the window and goes back to the previous page, ie Alt+Left Arrow. A 2 finger scroll to the right pops out the arrow from the right side of the browser window. I hope this description helps.
