cannot signb-in on monzilla sign-in page? WHY!

started the am trying to sign-in on your sign-in page. wouldn't allow to do so. had to resort using internet exployer, which i detest. my cable company told several people had called in with the same problem this am. he assured me monzilla firefox would fix this problem, i surely hope so. I DON'T LIKE INTERNET EXPLOYER.

STILL CANNOT SIGNIN TO MONZILLA FIREFOX. WHY NOBODY SEEMS INTERESTED IN HELPING ME. POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE INTERNET EXPLOYER, BUT HAVE TO FALL BACK TO IT BECAUSE I CAN'T GET HELP.MY INTERNET SERVER SAID I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM,.

WHEN I TURN ON THE COMPUTER, I GO TO THE MONZILLA FIREFOX HOME PAGE, WHEN I CLICK ON THE ICON TO SIGN ON TO THE INTERNET, IT GOES TO THE SIGNIN PAGE. I THEN SIGN IN WITH jhauptly, and my password, then enter, THEN IT RETURNS TO THE SIGNIN PAGE, THE BOXES EMPTY, AND I TRY AGAIN. THE SAME THING HAPPENS, NO RETURN TO THE MONZILLA HOME PAGE SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE WITH MY BUSINESS. WHY DOES THAT HAPPEN. _I DO NOT GET ANY ERROR MESSAGES. JANIS HAUPTLY jrhauptly@comcast.net
