when i go into a site like a bank - i put in my username hit enter and it should go directly to the password entry. instead EVERY time it goes to the security questions. I never had this problem with ie8. please give me a solution

every time I go into a site with security questions - it always asks the questions - even if I say this is a Personal Computer and Register it. I never had this problem with ie8. I have made sure these are checked "use custon settings" and "accept cookies" and "accept 3rd party cookies" until 'expired'.

Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and password exceptions.
