I have no problem opening my Google Calendar in IE but cannot do so using Firefox. I get the message that the page "isn't redirecting properly" and that the problem could be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. However, I checked in "options" - "privacy" and cookies are enabled. I even specifically directed the browser to allow cookies for the site.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thank you very much. I cleared the cache and removed the cookies as instructed and that seems to have done the trick. Really appreciate the advice!
