topic- using password without knowing them
I want people from my office to be able to log in surtain web site WHEN THEY ARE ON DUTY without knowing the password. I can remember the pasword (which is great cos IE can't do it for this site), but my workers still CAN SEE it by "view the save paswords" . That doesn't work for me cos knowing the password they could log-in from HOME when they are not on duty or tell the password to other people.. Can the master pasword be needed when you wanna see pasword , but still all people using this computer to be allowed to use stored pasword without knowing the master pasoword.. ??? I mean-- the need for master password for knowing password to stay as now , but the need for master passoword to use stored password to be optional and choosen by the man who set the master password..? I'm new to mozilla ,so sorry if the question is already answered somewhere..

That is not possible. There are other ways to access or copy passwords if you have access to them. If the Master Password has been entered and hasn't expired then you can always access all stored passwords if you know how to. Probably the only way to prevent that would be to change the password at the end of every day to make the current password worthless.
