Removed and reinstalled Firefox ver. 12 with no help. Same problems as before still exist.

I removed Firefox and downloaded ver 12. Reinstalled and same problems with pages having to be reloaded by holding down shift and then refreshing exist. Still can't login to my options first account at www.optionsfirst.com.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues in regards to this issue and I assure you that I am doing the best I can to help you resolve it and make your experience as enjoyable as possible. This situation makes me believe that your cache folders haven't been deleted prior to the reinstall and therefore need to be reset. You should first see the managing profiles article to make sure every private information has been deleted and then the [how to clear the cache] article.

Followed the instructions you sent via hyperlink and cleared cache etc. That seems to have fixed all problems I've seen so far with version 12. I did this before but it did not work earlier today. That was with the update and this was with the clean install of new downloaded ver 12. Thanks.
