Firefox for Android does not have a organize view currently.

You should be able to search for your bookmarks with only a few letters of the address or name of the bookmark. Firefox will get better at matching sites you use frequently the more you use it.

I know how to save bookmarks, my question was how do you organize your bookmarks. How do you put the bookmarks into different category folders (files) so you don't have to scroll through all your bookmarks to find a certain one.
