I noticed that your version of FIrefox has a user.js file located inside of the Firefox program directory and/or application data.

Please create a backup copy of that file on your hard drive and delete the original file.

WARNING: Removing folders/files can cause damage to other programs and the Windows operating system. use caution when manually deleting folders/files. Creating a backup of any deleted files, is highly recommended!

In case your toolbars have gotten scrambled there is a button to restore the default button set and layout. This article has the details on that, as well has how to manually rearrange controls if you find them in an unexpected location: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

I should add:

• If no menus or toolbars appear at all, you can use the F11 function key to exit (and later re-enter, if you like) full screen mode.

• To turn individual toolbars on and off, you can use one of these:
  • Right-click a blank area of the tab bar (or the new tab "+" button)
  • Tap the alt key > View menu > Toolbars
