I've tried to enter my email to get both my username and a password reset. I've checked my spam folder (gmail) and after 2 days I still have not received an email to reset my password or username. I have multiple computers 'sync' with Firefox and would like to continue to do so. What gives?

If you tell a web site that you forgot your password, it will send a reset message to the e-mail address in the user profile.

What site are you having the problem with?

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
