Olá,

Veja o artigo Migrando para Thunderbird

Se você deseja apenas importar as mensagens e a sua conta for IMAP não haverá problema basta configurar o Thunderbird normalmente, caso seja POP veja o artigo Migrar de uma conta POP para IMAP.
