Can't send group e-mails, that used to go out.

Chosen solution

There is a bug in Thunderbird 31.1 which stops mailing lists with a space in their name working. The short term workaround is edit the properties of the mailing list and remove the space, perhaps replacing the space with an underscore to maintain readability is a good idea. But removing the space in the name works around the bug.
