I click on firefox to open and it crashes at start up. I reinstalled fire fox and it still does the same thing. It tells me that it will send a report, but I never get any info.

hello richsonja, do the crashes stop when you update to firefox 34 (in beta state at the moment)?: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/beta/ firefox 34 contains a fix for a rather widespread crash on os x systems which are triggered by the presence of an outdated facebook plugin...
