I was on Firefox earlier and it was OK. I went to go back on and got a message " your computer needs to be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now?". After rebooting I get the same message when I start it up. I also get this message when I try to uninstall the program

Try to run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).
