Hello there, My name is Luke and i would be happy to assist you with this issue. The reason you are getting this is because your computer's default printer is set to Microsoft XPS Document Writer. If you go to your computer's printer settings and set your favourite printer as the default one this problem will be fixed. If there are any more questions please feel free to reply to me. Thank you!
