When i go to youtube and play a video or to a website with flash, firefox crashes.

I already tried solutions from other topics like: refresh firefox (reset add-ons and settings), reinstall it from zero, clean cookies and preferences, disable hardware acceleration, disable it too from flash, update flash, see html5 youtube and crashes too, disable some addons..

Mac 10.9.5 Firefox 40.0 (updated)

Thanks, desesperated

Hi ainos, If there is a particular youtube url that we can troubleshoot with please provide that link. Since the crash has an issue with AudioCodec I am inclined to ask for the stats for nerds by right clicking on the HTML5 embedded player for that url to see if its a supported codec. I do not know if that signature is from Mac OS or if its malware, but that will test it. Please also make sure that your audio drivers are up to date.
