Why can't I view other users pages on facebook when I use firefox?

I can do almost everything using firefox for my facebook account except one thing... When I click to go onto someone else account I can't ... I get a message saying "Something went wrong. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." but its been months and still can't view or go onto some friends account... can you please help me fix this problem... however I do use another site to do this with... such as google chrome, and I don't have a problem at all... please direct me to fixing this months loooooong ago problem that I just now decided to address... Thank you

Have you contacted their support?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
