WHERE IS THE COMBINED USER ID AND PASSWORD DATA BEING STORED AND HOW CAN IT BE ERASE. THE WEBSITE IS NOT SAVING THE INFORMATION.

That would be the form filling built into Firefox. Click in the field and enter a character. If anything shows up, highlight that using the arrow keys. Then press Delete (Mac=Shift Delete). Repeat as needed.

You can rename (or delete) the formhistory.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder to remove all saved form data.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
