Mac User, after updating to 43.0.3, Netflix won't work. Spent over an hour with Netflix support. Netflix takes me to a help page every time. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight 5 and a number of other things, but Netflix won't work. I don't want to install Chrome. Using OS X 10.6.8, Intel processor.

Do you have nvidia's network access manager or forceware network manager software installed? Disable / remove it.

I tried everything FredMcD suggested - I do not have any of the software installed noted above. I cleared my cache per the instructions you posted and I restarted Firefox in safe mode. Netflix still will not play movies.

cor-el - I did update Silverlight. I also unistalled and reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem - I also started in 'safe' mode but netflix will not play now.
