Dear All,

I have 2 email accounts configured as follows:

Email Account A configured on Outlook (Work Account - Used Daily) Email Account B configured on Thunderbird (used for sending / receiving encrypted emails - Used occasionally)

Both accounts are needed, and I need each one to be used separately "Account A with outlook" and "account B with thunderbird" because I am using Enigmail Add-on in Thunderbird.

Account A is configured on my phone, when I am out of the office.

My main need is the following:

I need to receive an email notification on Account A, each time a new email has been received in Account B. Thunderbird is not always opened on my desktop and I cannot know if I am receiving emails. Or if I am out of the office and checking Account A from my phone, I need to see that a new email has been received on Account B. All I need is a notification on Account A each time I receive an email on Account B.

In this case, knowing my everyday account is Account A, each time I receive a notification on Account A about new email in Account B I can open thunderbird and decrypt it.

I have tried to add message filters, and found the "Forward to email", but this is only feasible in case you have thunderbird opened all the time and the email is being received first.

Hope I was clear enough.

Thank you,

Chosen solution

Set up account B on Outlook and/or your phone. That will address the notification question, and you can fire up Thunderbird when a message for account B has been received.
