How do I click on e-mail contacts from the address book and get them into the address bar to send out?

I like to send e-mails to multiple contacts. In so doing, I like to access the address book and click on individual contacts to put them in the "To" box. I have not figured out a way to do this without manually looking at the address book and adding them one at a time. The address book blocks my vision of the outgoing e-mail so I have to do them one at a time.

You're probably better off using the Contacts Side bar in a 'Write' window. Press F9 to bring it up.
