I am running Firefox 45.0.1 on Windows 10 build 10240. I have Adobe Flash Player V 21.0.0.213 and Java 8U77 installed. This website crashes often when opening Firefox as it is set to my home page. At times it does not crash for hours or days at a time. http://www.accuweather.com/en/us/bloomsburg-pa/17815/weather-forecast/335344

I am running Adblock Plus and Kaspersky's protection add in. The Adblock Plus was added in after the problem had started so I do not believe it to be part of the problem. The Kaspersky Protection however has been enabled for the majority of this issue however, it does not appear to make a difference when it is disabled although it does seem to re-enable itself after a browser restart.

What can be done about this? Are there any logs that we can collect from firefox to help with this issue?

You said the website is crashing. Did you mean Firefox is crashing?

I tried the link and had no problem.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
