Why can't I set family filters OFF PERMANENTLY? No one uses this computer but me and I don't want searches filtered EVER.

Firefox doesn't have any built-in family filters, so this could be a feature of an add-on, or a feature of a website you're using, or some kind of external software interfering.

Could you describe where you see/set this in more detail? For example, could you copy/paste the address of the website that is getting filtered from the address bar of that page into a reply here?

As already mentioned, that isn't a Firefox feature - but it may be from Windows 10.
