Shockwave flash is still not working even when I did Ask to Activate. Please help me know how to fix this.

I'm playing a game, It try's to load. doesn't work unresponsive plugin. So I went to add-on's i saw always activate was on so i changed it to ask to activate. it still does not work please help me!!

What is your computer system and Firefox?

Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
