We use the STAR TSP100ECO thermal receipt printer for our POS in Firefox. Since the update to Mac OS Sierra, Firefox will not save the printer settings (paper size) - they reset every time you close out of Firefox. Firefox is up to date.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
