Upgraded to Quantum; my old Bookmarks are ALL out of order from pervious version. Can't find some though I think they were saved. Where are they? (THANKS!)

Greetings! Any idea on how I can reorganize my folders back to how they were prior to upgrading to Quantum just now? I can't find some of my important folders, though I *think* they were saved. I literally have thousands of bookmarks, so I really hope someone can help me find a way to reorganize them en masse, rather than having to move each one back to where they had previously been positioned prior to the upgrade... MANY THANKS for any assistance you can render!
