Please do this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode go to the places that crashed and see if get HTML5 Audio/video

If runs fine then it is a extension, Flash or your Profile. Regardless of Update your Video Card Drivers as they are the ones that interpret HTML5

Please try this only if above did not work : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings see if sites work before installing Extensions.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
