For instance, I am signing into a website and it requires send a SMS to my cell phone or an email. I check the box that this is my personal private computer, not a public computer and request that subsequent uses of this website not ask for a security email or SMS. Not time I use it, it still requests.

Anyway that I can avoid this?

That kind of information is stored in special cookies. If those cookies are removed, you are back to logging in again.

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.

At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.
