Running Firefox 59.02 on Windows 10 up-to-date on a desktop PC. When I delete all my cookies using Options>Privacy & Security>History>Show Cookies>Remove All OR Remove Selected the cookies from CNET.com simply disappear then reappear. What to do?

A for ever cookie, wonderful. See if you can delete it in Safe Mode with the connection to the internet pulled. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Yes, that worked. I had deleted the cookie a number of times, without success. It just kept reappearing. But doing it in safe mode with no internet, that worked. I wonder why?
