I updated to the latest version and now cannot open firefox. It keeps saying, "Firefox had a problem and crashed. We’ll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts." I have tried to open it a thousand times. I uninstalled Comodo and tried starting firefox in safe mode. I also uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, all with the same message. There have been several reports sent, but here's the latest:

Crash ID: bp-0a57274d-9536-4839-b62a-86f371180503

I am sending this email through the developer version of firefox, but I prefer to use regular firefox.

Hi you are the 4th person so far I have helped with a Comodo and Firefox issue. I would think it is a Comodo issue and please try to manual update it and go to their forum to see if others are having issues : https://forums.comodo.com/ The also have a help desk.

I am not sure if these are going to matter if Comodo keeps breaking things and deleting things. MOZ_CRASH Reason MOZ_RELEASE_ASSERT(globalObj) Crash Reason EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT

I think Win10 is now 3 versions out of date : OS Version 10.0.16299 Settings --> System --> About --> Version History 13 something then 1601 1709, 1803 on the 30th of April Note fyi : Windows Spring Update out April 30th so back up stuff you want to save to another drive. https://www.windowscentral.com/microsoft-announces-windows-10-april-2018-update Use Media Creation Tool to Update, or not.
