I purchased a certificate that will expire in 2019 , It's showing green padlock and secured on other browsers.

But on Mozilla , I get security error :SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE.

The website URL : https://masteryourlifepower.com

How could my website be secured on browsers but not on others?

How to solve this issue?

Hi, yes correct the site certificate is not set up properly and can not be found by the Information Circle in the Address Bar in Firefox and the Triangle in Microsoft Edge.

Each certificate issuer should have a tutorial page on how to set a certificate up.

You may find this useful after yours expires : https://letsencrypt.org/ Free HTTPS Certificate.

You will have to contact your hosting site and or the issuer of the certificate for answers as to why it was revoked.

So is there is something I can do with the setup to make it work ?

Hi, as mentioned if it is revoked and it says it is and the certificate is not view-able which it is not. Then you will need to go to the Issuers site and find the instructions on how to install it on a hosting site. I would 1st make sure that the certificate is still on the website. If it has been pulled from your domain or blocked by the hosting company.

This is the places to start :

1. Why revoked and by whom. look on website console for certificate and where it is suppose to be.

2. If there is it set up properly.

3. If is really revoked how to settle the issue and what did you do.

4. How to set up. you can find some directions on the letsencrypt.org page but it may not work as hosting sites have their own way to install it, but if have Cpanel then can use directions.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Thanks @phshadow , I'm trying to communicate with the reseller to find out a solution , Although I received a message from them some days ago saying that them installed it , and as I said it's showing secured on Chrome but not on Mozilla .

Yes I have a Cpanel.

Hi glad following it up.

It also was revoked in Microsoft Edge so it was just not Firefox that had the issue with it.
