Ever since last windows 10 update my thunderbird crashes every 5 minutes or less please help

Hi.My windows 10 went through an update a few days ago and it took three hours! Afterwards whenever I open Thunderbird it crashes within a few minutes. I have generated at least 30 crash reports. I also noticed that when I want to cut and paste or copy and paste from within an email, I can copy or cut but cannot paste. Please help!!

In Thunderbird

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  • Do Not select checkbox to include account names.
  • click on 'Copy text to clipboard' button
  • In this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'
