Trying to use firefox with windows 10 it's my fav browser but is currently doing my head in. It is super slow and laggy, even to bring up the menu, tabs and pages are really slow. It is the 62bit version, I've unchecked the performance and the content process limit is set to 2 I've also tried it at 3 and 4. I've also checked the 'Prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser' box. ive uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and ive also started in safe mode and reset firefox but i can't get it to work. I don't want to move to chrome but if this doesn't start working soon I'll have no choice because currently its unusable.

any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, please try this : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

If still a issue, please create a new Profile to test :

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
