when I sign on my PC and pull up firefox my window was full page but the web page was small, how can I reduce the widow back to the small screen it was before. Also whenever I try to view a live video on line a large green vertical line comes in the middle of the video, so I can't see the entire view or read the caption. I have the HP Pavilion laptop 17-ar Oxx

Have you tried the <F11> key?

Are the three control icons ar the upper right corner of the window? An add-on may be blocking them.
