I am using version 60.0.2 for desktop. My firefox has been slow so I tried hitting the refresh option. Now I cannot go anywhere saying it is insecure. Help!!

You have to do some changes in the settings and has to enable the HTTP settings in the firefox to get rid of that. First of all, you have to verify your network settings. Now disable the OCSP. for more help Skype support

I am sorry. I am 69 years old and I do not know what an OCSP is. I also do not use Skype. I need a more detailed answer, like 1) open this 2) click something , 3) change this setting. I need something like that to do what I need to do.

Hi it is your Kaspersky software that is the issue. It sends it's own certificate to websites when you try and connect which is not being accepted. Please see their community forum for a work around/setup :
