I have had this problem for over two months. The page loads itself for a long time and then it states that "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. Go Back"

But I can use the same login perfectly fine on the Edge browser or on my adnroid samsung note 8

I love ff and have used it since it first begun but it makes my work very difficult.....not being able to use one browser..help!

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 29.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html If you use it Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.154 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Have you tried anything to fix this like clean your cache and cookies for Facebook ? Is tracking Protection blocking it ? Look for Icon at left of URL Bar How about adblockers blocking 3rd party cookies as that seems to be big these days. ?

Please try : SAFE MODE

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected
