I need to "delete" not add or change my account. it keeps getting changed to an old one I cant get in to or use but it keeps asking for a password that I don't know. I did not sign up with this email and haven't used it in years thanks to google

First reset your password :

Then delete your account :

(I'm assuming that you're talking about your Firefox Sync account .... )
