I offer the learning software CompuLearn Englisch. Actually it is not possible to download my software using Firefox. When I try to download this setup-file: https://compulearnonline.de/englisch/CompuLearn_Englisch_Net40_Setup.exe the download is blocked. This is a false positive detection.

What can be done to solve this problem?

the results at https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/65ad1bb52caf0211faffaecb3270d0326811181d10637c67967c8f7b85cf429b/detection from multiple different vendors aren't really trust-inspiring that this would be a false positive.

I know virustotal, but the malware indications on this site are all wrong.

firefox is using google's safebrowsing service to flag dangerous downloads. sou you'd need to convince them that your download is clean... https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=https:%2F%2Fcompulearnonline.de%2Fenglisch%2FCompuLearn_Englisch_Net40_Setup.exe

Thank you. This is already in progress.

I had no problem clicking on the link to download. Are you sure your Security software isn't the problem.

If you did not have problems downloading the setup file, you did not use Firefox or you downloaded the wrong file. My security software (AVIRA) is not the problem.
