Probably a rhetorical question, but : that article I gave you a link to didn't help ?

Hello polandfreshness,

Sorry, but you're not the only one posting questions here, and sometimes a few questions wind up further down the queue.

And then : not everybody can come up with an answer right away (it takes time to search) .....

The people who answer questions here are (for the main part) volunteers, users just like you, who are trying to help other users in their spare time - you probably didn't know that (?)

Dropping the F-bomb on us ...... what most people do when they have been waiting a long time :

They post something like : "bump " ..... or : "Can somebody help me  ?"

Would you please take a look at this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues

Anything helpful there  ?

Note that Facebook and Instagram may be using a HTML5 player and not the Flash Player Plugin from Adobe.

What Edition of Windows 7 do you have? as because if you a a N or KN edition (for those outside of say US and Canada) then you may not have the Media Feature Pack installed as mentioned in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows

The pack adds needed codecs so you can fully use HTML5 players. A easy way to see what your system supports is at https://www.youtube.com/html5/ as all checks should ideally be blue.

Well, how about that  ? ! You solved the problem all by yourself  ! Well done  !

I noticed that you marked my post as Chosen Solution - as I am not the one who solved your problem : you can remove that Chosen Solution mark by clicking on the 'Undo' button to the right of that post and then mark your own (last) post.
