The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

This happens only when trying to use a specific website. I have cleared the cache, cookies, and history like the other guides suggest, but it did not work.

That would be a site issue since firefox isn't changing the redirect. Since there isn't a link giving to test no one will know what is happening.
