I click on the fire fox icon and nothing happens, I try to uninstall and am told fire fox is still running, and with out the fire fox window I cannot access the settings. I have tried restarting my computer but no luck. I am having to use edge even though I like firefox because of this.

Hi shaia16, You can stop the Firefox is still running by opening Task Manager - Start -> Windows System -> Task Manager Click once on Firefox and select End Task in the lower right corner.

If you want to do a clean install see this article: Firefox keeps crashing at startup Scroll down to 'Try a clean install.'

Note: A clean install will not delete your bookmarks, saved passwords, add-ons or other personal information.
