I've tried to login to my G Suite account on Thunderbird but it says your username or password is wrong, so I contacted google and they helped by changing some settings but still doesn't work, does anyone know what could be happening?

Thank You

What is your TB version (Help/About TB)? If it's not at least 60.9.1 or 68.2.1, creating gmail accounts with OAuth2 authentication (the default) will fail, due to a change made by Google.

Hey,

Thanks for the thought, I actually got it to work. It might have just needed some time for the domain to propagate in google before it would let me login.

Thanks.

Interesting the google offer the mbox file and the paid for application suite, but no importer for it.

Hey Matt,

I know it's odd that they don't offer a importer for mbox when they offer that backup type and say it works with GSuite best.

Thanks Joseph.
